Step 1

Combine beef and marinade/sauce ingredients in a large bowl or zip lock bag. If you are about to cook it, let it marinade at the very least 15-30 minutes. If you are making this ahead, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking.

Step 2

In a large wok or skillet, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the beef, and stir fry until mostly browned, and remove from heat, set aside.

Step 3

Add mushrooms and minced garlic, and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Step 4

Then add the beef back in to the pan. Stir fry beef with mushrooms together for about 1 more minute or for longer if you want it more well done. Remove from heat and serve!
