Step 1

Using a 12 hole muffin pan, grease and set aside. Preheat oven to 160C.

Step 2

Thaw puff pastry sheets to a workable state and cut in quarters. Press pastry into muffin holes to line.

Step 3

In a large bowl combine the evaporated milk, eggs, water and sugar and whisk until just combined. Pour mixture over pastry.

Step 4

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
