Step 1
Mix soy sauce and water in a skillet. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Wash and clean the chicken. Drain. Then boil the chicken in the say sauce water. Keep stirring to make sure heat evenly. Boil until chicken skin turns tight and yellow. Remove from water and drain.
Step 3
Repeat Step 2 once. Then turn off heat and soak chicken into the soy sauce water, for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from skillet then rinse with cold water. Hang the chicken and pour over soy sauce water. Use an electronic fan to blow to drain.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 260℃. Roast the chicken for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
