Separate egg white and egg yolk. Add 20 grams of sugar to the egg whites in 3 times, and whip until wet foaming

Put 10 grams of sugar in the egg yolk and beat at low speed for 1 minute, then add milk and oil and beat at low speed for 1 minute

Sift in low powder and beat evenly

Scoop 1/3 of the egg white batter into the egg yolk batter and stir evenly

Pour it back into the remaining egg white paste and mix well

Spread greased paper on the baking tray, pour the cake batter into the baking tray, flatten out and shake out bubbles

Sprinkle pork floss and chives on top

Preheat the oven in advance. Bake the middle layer at 165 degrees for about 25 minutes. The floss and chives are easy to burn. The last few minutes should be covered with tin foil.

Take out the cake, tear off the oil paper at the back, and buckle it on another piece of oil paper
