Step 1 Pre-heat oven to 170°C (fan forced). Grease & then line a 20 x 20 cm square tin with baking paper. Step 2 Into the bowl of a food processor, add the lentils, honey, coconut oil and brown sugar and blend until well combined. Next add the cocoa powder, plain flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla, whizz for 20 seconds to combine. Lastly add the eggs and process for another 30 seconds. Step 3 Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour mixture into the prepared tin. Sprinkle the top with a few extra chocolate chips. Step 4 Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are firm and middle still slightly fudgy. Step 5 Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
