Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds, about 1/2 to 1 inch thick.

Place dark chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in short intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate melts.

Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into each cavity of the silicone ice cube tray.

Fill just half of each cavity.

Next, place one banana slice on top of the melted chocolate in each cavity.

Then pour a spoon of peanut butter on top of the banana slice in every cavity.

Finally, fill the remaining space of each cavity with melted chocolate.

Carefully place the ice cube tray in the freezer and let it freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stove.

Once the chocolate is set, your chocolate peanut butter banana bites are ready to be enjoyed!

You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for future snacking.
