Preheat oven to 350F (180C) and grease a loaf pan.

Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl then whisk together and set aside.

Step 6
Bake at 350F for about 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
