Mash bananas. Set aside. Leave some small chunks if desired.

Combine flourbaking sodaand salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Combine melted butter and sugars in a large bowl. Mix until well combinedthen stir in the vanillaevaporated milkand eggs. Mix thoroughly.Stir in the mashed bananas. Then gently stir in the dry ingredients. Mix until just combinedthen stir in the morsels.
Step 5
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 50-55 minutesor until a knife pulls out clean from the center of the loaf.
Step 6
Cool loaf in pan on a cooling rack for 10 minutes. Then remove loaf from pan and continue to cool on rack until room temperature.
