Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, oil, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth
Step 2
Fold in half of the chocolate chips
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add cookie dough on top to spread across and form to make the bark (I use clean hands for this)
Step 4
Add the bark to freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes
Step 5
While bark chills, melt the remaining chocolate chips in microwave
Step 6
Pour melted chocolate across the bark then set back in freezer for at least an hour
Step 7
Remove from freezer, cut into pieces and enjoy!
