Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Trifle

Step 1

Scoop a layer of ice cream in a small, individual-sized trifle bowl or cocktail glass.

Step 2

Place a brownie on top of the ice cream.

Step 3

Scoop another layer of ice cream on top of the brownie.

Step 4

Sprinkle a layer of crushed chocolate chip cookies on top of the ice cream.

Step 5

If needed, repeat layering until you reach the top of the glass.

Step 6

Top with whipped cream and more crushed cookies for garnish.
