Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13” x 9” pan with foil and spray with a cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine flour, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, ¼ cup Splenda Sugar Blend, oats, and walnuts. Use a fork to cut in the margarine until mixture is crumbly.

Step 3

Reserve 1 cup of the crumb mixture and set aside. Press remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Step 5

In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, eggs, ¼ cup Splenda Sugar Blend, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.

Step 6

Pour the filling over the prebaked crust. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture and the chocolate chips.

Step 7

Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Lift from pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool. Cut into 24 bars.
