Step 1

Set cherries on counter to defrost.

Step 2

Pulse the Oreo cookies in food processor until well crushed, then and add melted butter and sugar.

Step 3

Press mixture into bottom and partway up sides of a spring form pan.

Step 4

Refrigerate a minimum of 30 minutes to firm.

Step 5

In mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 cup of boiling water to gelatin and stir to dissolve.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together, then set aside.

Step 7

Set aside to cool.

Step 8

Dice half of cherries.

Step 9

Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Step 10

Once gelatin has began to thicken, fold into whipped cream and stir until blended.

Step 11

Fold and blend cream cheese mixture into whipped cream mixture.

Step 12

Fold diced cherries and chocolate chips into mixture.

Step 13

Pour/spread into pan and garnish with whole cherries.

Step 14

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Step 15

Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
