Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients (except for the dark chocolate) into a saucepan.
Step 2
Bring to the boil over a medium heat.
Step 3
Reduce heat to low and stir continuously for five minutes.
Step 4
Add the finely chopped dark chocolate and stir quickly.
Step 5
Remove from heat and continue to stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
Step 6
Pour into sterilised jars and keep refrigerated for up to a week.
Step 7
Chop dark chocolate by pressing Turbo 6-7 times.
Step 8
Add all remaining ingredients. Cook on 100 degrees, Speed 2, 12 minutes (it will thicken on cooling).
Step 9
Pour into a sterilised jar and store in the fridge for up to a week.
