Unwrap the peppermint patties. Put first 4 ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 40 minutes. Whip cream and fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour into serving glasses or goblets and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with additional sweetened whipped cream.
