Step 1
Chop 4 frozen bananas into chunks. If you haven't frozen your bananas overnight, cut and place banana slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze for 1 hour.
Step 2
Add frozen banana chunks, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and almond milk to a food processor. Blend until well combined. You may need to stop the food processor and scrape the sides with a spatula and continue blending to help the bananas blend well.
Step 3
Enjoy right away for a soft-serve texture (pictured above), or transfer to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, and freeze for 1 hour for an ice cream texture.
