Step 1

Combine the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder and chia seeds in a dish, pot, tub or jar with a lid.

Step 2

Pour in the milk, yoghurt and honey and mix until combined.

Step 3

Put the lid on and store in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

Step 4

When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and top with an extra layer of yoghurt, some raspberries, a drizzle of honey and some shaved or broken-up dark chocolate.
