Step 1

Line a slice baking tray with with greaseproof paper.

Step 2

Place rice bubbles and coconut into a bowl.

Step 3

Place dates in thermomix – 5 sec / speed 6

Step 4

Add coconut oil, cacao powder and honey – 5 min / 100 degrees / speed 2

Step 5

Pour honey mixture into bowl of rice bubbles and stir to combine.

Step 6

Place the mixture into the baking dish and press evenly into pan.

Step 7

Place in fridge for one hour or until set, cut into slices.
