Step 1

Set a pan on medium-high heat with a spritz of baking spray.

Step 2

Once hot, add the ground meat and sprinkle over some salt, a pinch of msg, garlic powder, chile powder, smoked paprika, and a bit of onion powder. Chop everything together with a spatula

While that cooks, slice the cherry peppers, tomato and lettuce.

Step 4

Once the beef is cooked, pile that together in the shape of your bread and put the peppers over the top followed by two slices of American cheese. Place a lid on, to let the cheese melt and remove from the heat.

Step 5

Load up the bread with the meat and cheese and top with tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt and a couple of cranks of black pepper before adding the lettuce.

Step 6

Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper before slicing in half and devouring it.
