Combine all of the ingredients, except the pecans and cranberries, in a mixing bowl then shape.
Step 2
Coat with chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
Step 3
Serve immediately with crackers, chips or toasted bread points. The cheese ball may be refrigerated if made ahead, just allow to come to room temperature (about 45 minutes) before serving.
