Step 1
Get out a large circular platter. Arrange the kiwi slices in a circular pattern around the outer rim to form the outer edge of the wreath, and on the inner rim of the plate to form the inner edge of the wreath.
Step 2
Fill in the two rows of kiwi slices with the grape bunches, so that a wreath shape is formed around the plate with the grapes.
Step 3
Using a sharp knife, cut the honey melon in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut a circular slice across the diameter of the honey melon, about a ½ inch wide. Use a small star cookie cutter to cut out 9 small stars from the honey melon slice.
Step 4
Next, add the “decorations.” Fill in the gaps between the grapes and kiwi slices with raspberries and pomegranate arils. Arrange the stars evenly around the wreath.
Step 5
Serve fresh along with your favourite fruit dip, if desired.
