Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Step 2
Either using a stand mixer or a handmixer, cream together the butter and sugar. Cream for about two minutes or until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Step 3
Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until well combined.
Step 4
Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated. The dough will be sticky.
Step 5
Pour your sprinkles into a bowl. Scoop the cookie dough out of the mixing bowl and place in the sprinkles .Roll the dough around in the sprinkles until it is fully covered. Reshaped the dough into a ball before placing on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Step 6
The cookies will spread a bit while baking, so I suggest limiting each cookie sheet to about eight cookies.
Step 7
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool completely on the pan. The cookies will stay fresh in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days.
