Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
Step 2
Peel the bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl. Add the almond milk and stir to combine.

Add the flour and baking powder and stir to combine until it's a thick batter. Now add about 3/4 of the walnuts and chocolate (save a few to add them to the cookies later). And combine.
Step 4
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop equally sized blobs of batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add pieces of the chilled peanut butter onto each cookie. And top with the remaining chocolate and walnuts.
Step 5
Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-15 minutes (until slightly brown on the edges).
