Hidratar la gelatina en agua fría.

Poner a calentar la leche evaporada para cocinar IDEAL en un cazo. Añadir el queso y pimienta blanca al gusto. Remover hasta que el queso se funda por completo unos 2-3 min. Añadir la gelatina escurrida y mezclar bien. Repartir en vasitos y refrigerar 1 hora.
