Ingredients: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt; ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro; 1 lime, juiced; ½ teaspoon salt

Goes great on fish tacos! Works well with fish in other settings, as a dip, or to change up your favorite sandwich.

Stir yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, and salt together in a bowl until smooth.


Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 20 minutes.


I love traditional cilantro cream sauce made with sour cream so I thought this lighter version would be a great option. Unfortunately we did not like it at all. The combination of the Greek yogurt and lime juice was extremely tangy. The recipe does not give a specific measurement for the lime juice so it could be that my lime produced more juice than was intended for the recipe. I think I would prefer light sour cream to the Greek yogurt.

I absolutely loved it! Excellent over my "everything in" salad!

I liked it I used 1/2 the yogurt and substituted sour cream used three tablespoons of cilantro. It was marvelous!!
