Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly using a pastry cutter or a fork. Stir in milk just until moistened.
Step 3
Sprinkle additional sugar on a countertop and scrape dough onto sugar. Sprinkle with more sugar and pat down with your hands until it's about a 7" diameter round. Use a glass or biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits, re-shaping the round as necessary to cut additional biscuits. (You'll get 9-Transfer biscuits to prepared pan. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar.
Step 4
Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 5
Combine honey and butter in a small food processor or blender. Pulse until combined. Smother on warm cinnamon biscuits. Store leftovers in an airtight container on the countertop for up to a week, or in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
