Cinnamon Sugar Pecans - BONUS

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Step 2

Add first 3 ingredients to a large zipper bag and shake to mix.

Step 3

Add next 3 ingredients to a large bowl. Beat until frothy.

Step 4

Add pecans to bowl and toss to mix with egg mixture, then add pecans to cinnamon-sugar bag and toss to coat.

Step 5

Pour pecans on parchment lined sheet pan.

Step 6

Cook for 1 hour (stir about every 15 minutes).
