Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until fully combined.

Using a medium cookie scoop to portion out the dough and place on the prepared baking sheet 2-inches apart.

Step 4

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just golden brown

Step 5

Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
