Step 1

Chop off leaves and stalk of fennel bulb. Chop the white bulb in chunks. I usually use 1/4 or 1/2 of the bulb in this recipe.De-string and wash well the celery stalk.

Step 2

Blend all ingredients, and taste test for sweetness. If you want it sweeter, add a bit of orange or orange juice or even green grapes - any fruit that sweetens but adds nutrients.Serve chilled.
