Step 1

Pour the rums, coconut water, pineapple juice, lime juice, syrup, and bitters into a mixing bowl.

Place milk in a large measuring cup and set aside.

Step 3

Pour the cocktail mixture into the milk. Gently stir curds with a spoon and let sit for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or coffee filter and discard the curds. Et Voila!
