Step 1
Peel and core the apples. Finely dice the apples and add them to a large bowl.
Step 2
Roughly chop the walnuts and add them to the apples.
Step 3
Add the honey, cinnamon and a pinch of salt to the large bowl. Toss until well-combined.
Step 4
Add the wine and toss again.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours prior to serving.
