Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.

In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Place 1 tortilla in pie plate; top with 3/4 cup beef mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Repeat layers 3 times. Top with remaining tortilla, and press down to flatten. Pour remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Step 4
Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Cool 10 minutes. Top with remaining inredients.
