For the patties in a bowl place the mince, egg, Tuscan herbs, parsley, salt and pepper mixing well. Shape into four even sized patties. Cover and refridgerate until ready to cook.

Heat a little oil on barbeque or in a frying pan. Cook the patties for 4 minutes each side or until done to your liking.
Step 8
Warm the buns in the oven for a few minutes.
Step 11
Place the base of the bun onto a plate. Top with cheese, beetroot, lettuce and your choice of other fillings.
