Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 1 1/2 quart Pyrex (or any other baking dish this size will also do. :) )

Step 2

Cook the noodles in salted, boiling water for about 5 minutes. Strain the noodles and run cool water over them until they are no longer hot.

Step 3

Using a large mixing bowl, combine the noodles and the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the greased dish and cover. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Bake uncovered for an additional 40-45 minutes, or until the custard has set and the top has browned. After baking, allow the kugel to sit for 20 minutes before serving.
