Step 1

Whisk the egg whites until it starts to become bubbly before adding in the white sugar and cornstarch. If you would like some pretty, colourful cloud bread, add in your choice of food colouring!

Whisk until stiff peaks form.

Step 3

Get a baking tray and line it with parchment paper. Now, you can scoop the mixture and drop it on the parchment paper and shape it however you want it.

Step 4

Now, bake it at 148ºC for around 25 minutes, and after that, you’re done!
