Step 1

Place a bowl onto mixing bowl lid, weigh in cashews, cover with water and set aside to soak at least 4 hours. Then rinse soaked cashews through a fine-mesh sieve and set aside to drain.

Step 2

Place prepared cashews and dates into mixing bowl and start Blend /15 sec. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Step 3

Add bananas, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, spinach, coconut water and ice cubes and start Blend /3 min.

Step 4

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
