InstructionsStep 1: Place the pudding mix and milk in a large bowl. Mix well until the pudding mixture has thickened. Then, fold in 1 c of coconut and half of the non-dairy whipped topping.Step 2: Into the prepared pie crust, pour the mixture. On top, spread the remaining non-dairy whipped topping and sprinkle with the rest of the coconut.Step 3: Place the pie in the fridge.Step 4: When ready, serve the pie chilled. Enjoy!
