Coconut Lime Electrolyte Sports Drink

unsweetened coconut water

lime juice

water

raw honey

⅛ tsp Himalayan pink salt

Combine all ingredients in a quart-size mason jar and stir until the salt is dissolved.

Thank you for these alternative and yummy simple varieties. Everything in the store is packed with sugar and other chemicals but these can be adjusted to individual needs.. I even give coconut water to my greyhound dog who has higher electrolyte needs and likes to sprint in hot weather here in Florida and is over age 10.
