Step 1
Prepare your popsicle mold and ensure you have room in your freezer.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, stir together the coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar until sugar begins to dissolve. Add the coconut and stir to combine.
Step 3
Pour filling into popsicle molds and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight. Serve frozen.
