Step 1

Soften unsalted butter that has softened at room temperature, add peanut butter and mix, then add sugar and salt and mix.

Prepare by mixing coffee powder and cocoa powder in hot milk. Add a non-cold egg and vanilla extract to the dough and mix, then add the coffee mixture and mix.

Step 3

Sift wheat flour, almond powder, and baking powder in 2 batches, mix lightly, add minced peanuts, mix, cover with cling wrap, and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 4

Divide the dough into about 20g, shape it into a circle, use a scraper to make a pattern, and place it on the oven pan.

Step 5

Bake in an oven at 180 degrees (200 degrees preheat) for 10 to 12 minutes.
