Step 1
This is a simple drink with a beautiful color and aroma. Start by placing about 1/2 c. of dark roasted coffee beans inside a sturdy ziploc bag and break out your rolling pin. We recommend cracking (not crushing into dust) the beans to speed along the infusion process. Pour the cracked beans and 1 tbsp sugar into a jar, and fill with moonshine. Let sit for about 1-2 weeks, until the whole jar has taken on a light brown color and smells strongly of coffee. Strain and serve, either straight or with a splash of cream.
