Condensed Milk Ice Cream

Step 1

Add the entire tin of sweetened condensed milk, thickened cream and vanilla extract to the bowl of a stand mixer.

Step 2

Beat using the wire whisk attachment until soft peaks just begin to form.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture to a loaf tin or similar sized container. Cover the top with cling wrap and freeze overnight before serving.

Step 4

Store the ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer.
