In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, protein powder, and salt. In a medium glass whisk together the almond butter and maple syrup until they are totally combined. Pour that liquid right into the dry mix and stir that shit up until it all comes together. Still lookin a little dry? Add the almond milk a teaspoon at a time just until that shit looks like dough and you can roll it into a ball. No need to add all the milk, just what you need. Fold in the chocolate chips and then make some little cookies by rolling 1 tablespoon of dough into, you know, a cookie shape. Eat them right away or store them in the fridge for up to 2 days.*No need to go buy any fancy shit. Just throw ⅔ cup regular rolled oats in a food processor and run that shit until it’s smooth. Boom. Flour. Don't wanna use oat? You can use almond or coconut flour too. Wheat flour will taste too doughy so avoid that.featured in our FORKED UP episode with the lovely Rachel DeMita.
