Cookie Monster Ice Cream

Heavy cream (cold)

tbsps Vanilla Extract

tsp Blue food coloring

oz Sweetened Condensed Milk ((1 can))

Chocolate Chip Cookies (chopped)

Oreo cookies (chopped)

Chocolate chips

Add heavy cream to a large bowl and beat with an electric hand mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes (If using a stand mixer, use the whisk attachment). Then add blue food coloring and vanilla extract and continue to mix together until cream is completely blue.

Fold in sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chip cookies, oreo cookies, chocolate chips.

Add to a freezer safe container and freeze for 6 hours.
