Step 1

First in a bowl add 1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature.

Then add the sugar and whisk both well together until soft and creamy.

Then crack in an egg and mix well.

Step 4

Add the cocoa powder, baking powder,salt and vanilla extract and whisk everything well .

Then add the flour and using a spatula fold in the dough together.

Step 6

Then in an air fryer basket lined with parchment paper add 2 tbsp of dough mixture 1 inch apart .You can make 3 cookies at a time in the air fryer.

Step 7

Then bake the cookies in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes at @360F .

Step 8

Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool for 3 to 5 minutes to set. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Step 9

Once the cookies are cooled down add a scoop of your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
