They'll be shocked to learn you made it yourself!  This dip will really go fast at parties, so make sure you get some before it's gone. Not only is this spinach artichoke dip great for dipping, but it can also be served on a pizza or sandwich.  One of our favorite things about this recipe is that it's really easy to make. All you need are a few ingredients -- you might already have most of them on-hand -- in order to create an appetizer that will have everyone going back for seconds!  We think that using jarred Alfredo pasta sauce is a really clever idea for this recipe. It add tons of flavor and a great creamy texture, but it requires no complicated prep at all. Copycat Applebee's Spinach Artichoke Dip

(10-ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed

artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

Parmesan-Romano cheese blend

Mozzarella cheese

(10-ounce) jar prepared Alfredo sauce

garlic

cream cheese

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into a small baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
