Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Pour about 1/4 of the Fairlife Milk into the Instant Pot.
Step 2
One at a time, whisk in Oui yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla paste, and powder sugar. Then whisk in the rest of the Fairlife Milk.
Step 3
Place the lid on top, set to venting. Press the yogurt button and double-check default incubation time is set for 8 hours.
Step 4
When the 8 hours finishes, remove the inner pot. The yogurt becomes more tart the longer you leave it past 8 hours, so try to remove as soon as possible once it's finished. DO NOT STIR THE YOGURT YET. Cover the pot with a few layers of folded paper towel, then place a plate on top. Place the pot in your fridge for 4-6 hours, or overnight.
Step 5
When the yogurt is thoroughly cooled, you can now mix it. The vanilla bean usually sinks to the bottom, mix until it is thoroughly blended.
Step 6
Pour the yogurt into a yogurt strainer. Strain for 4-6 hours, the longer you strain then the thicker the yogurt will become.
Step 7
You're done. Divide the yogurt into individual size containers for easy portion control.
Step 8
Top with fresh berries and granola for the full Chick-fil-a experience.
