Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Grate the frozen biscuits through the large end of a cheese grater.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the ketchup.

Step 4

Prepare the pan by spraying a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 5

Fill the loaf pan with the ground beef mixture. Pat down the top of the meatloaf.

Step 6

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 65-75 minutes or until brown.

Step 7

Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Drain any extra juice from the pan and invert the meatloaf on to a serving plate. Spread the ketchup on top of the loaf and serve your Cracker Barrel meatloaf warm.
