Step 1

Prepare pizza dough according to the recipe instructions.

Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature for your crust per the recipe or package instructions.

Grease a pizza pan. Pat dough into the pan.

Step 4

Spread sauce on pizza, using as much or as little as desired. Top with 1-1/2 cups cheese. Top with Canadian bacon, then sauerkraut. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top.

Step 5

Bake the pizza according to the crust directions or until the pizza is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Serve hot!
