Ingredients: 1 ounce block Velveeta cheese; 1 can Hormel no bean chili; 1 cup milk; 2 teaspoons chili powder; 2 teaspoons paprika; ½ teaspoon cumin; tortilla chips, to serve

Copycat Skillet Queso

block Velveeta cheese

Hormel no bean chili

milk

chili powder

paprika

cumin

tortilla chips, to serve

 Place chili in a food chopper or blender and blend until smooth. Place chili and all other ingredients in a sauce pan and heat over medium. Stir and heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Serve warm with tortilla chips. 

I use mild Cheddar cheese instead of Velveeta. as Velveeta is only less than 1/2 real cheese.  YUK!
