Step 1

In a blender, add frozen banana, pumpkin, sweetener, almond butter, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour in milk. Blend on high. Add more milk if it’s too thick and blend again.

Step 2

Add ice and pulse.  Pour and top with chopped pecans or cinnamon if desired. Enjoy immediately!
